摘要:
A cubic InSe nanosheet photocatalyst has been successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal process followed by a calcination treatment, and it was for the first time used for visible light photocatalytic H-2 production. Its photoactivity was further improved by coupling with P25, which was attributed mainly to the higher efficiency of charge separation and transfer in the InSe-rutile-anatase surface junctions.
