摘要：

Three new sauchinone analogues, sauchinones B-D (1-3), together with sauchinone (4), were isolated from the aerial part of Saururus chinensis. Structures of the new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic data as well as X-ray analysis. Compounds 3 and 4 inhibited nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide stimulated RAW 264.7 cells with IC50 values of 13.0 and 14.2 mu M, respectively.
