摘要：

Based on the theory of dissipative structure, by using the methods of literature, observation and interview, this paper made an analysis of the CUBA league system's rankings structure to judge the current situation of the CUBA league system, and analysed the CUBA league from the open degree, the interior composition's Non-linear Interaction and the dynamic vitality. The results show that, the state structure of the division series and the national competition is still in a balancing state and the competition balance of the CUBA league has not been formed. It needs reforming in view of the question so as to break the balance state of the CUBA league system and form the competitive balance.
