摘要
The electro-hydraulic servo system used for the step controlled coiler is designed. To meet the requirement of dynamic response, to provide the technical basis for design and manufacture of the coiler, and to accumulate the experience for the plant debugging, a physical analog testing system is built up reference the real coiler in full scale. Based on this test platform, the nonlinear mathematical model of electron-hydraulic servo System including pipes and the coiling roll is established. Then the simulation researches are carried Out. The conformity of the results of the analog test and digital simulation verifies the validity of the model. The types and size of used components, the structure and parameters of controller are determined by digital simulations. Finally the designed electro-hydraulic servo system is successfully applied in the real step controlled coiler.
