摘要
Students are easier to grasp knowledge and also more creative when they are in high spirits. Therefore, peak experiential classroom teaching has become an important way of today's undergraduate students' education. The paper starts from the learning phenomena of the undergraduate students under the new situation, as well as the challenges posed on the teachers, finds out the peak experience rules of undergraduate students' classroom learning, refines essentials to design the process of the peak experience in the classroom teaching, puts forward different methods to create the effect of the peak experience in the classroom teaching, in order to achieve the purpose of heuristic teaching, i.e. activates students' study interest and enthusiasm, stimulates students' creativity, enhances the students' multi-dimensional thinking and the ability to apply what they have learned. According to the major classification standards made by the Ministry of education in China, management major refers to all management majors included in five first-level disciplines and 15 second-level disciplines, such as the specialty of management science and engineering, business administration, agricultural and forestry economics and management, public management, libraries, information and archives management etc.
