摘要：

A 62-year-old male presented with right-sided weakens. His MRI of the brain showed multiple ring-enhancing lesions consistent with metastatic disease. His chest X-rays showed a large mass in the right upper lobe. Follow-up chest CT showed a large lobulated mass in the upper lobe of the right lung and a large filling defect in the right ventricle. Transthoracic echocardiography showed a large mass in the right ventricle. Biopsy of the right lung mass showed small-cell carcinoma. We concluded metastasis in the right ventricle and brain from the primary small-cell lung cancer.
