摘要
New coding tools are emerging in Future Video Coding (FVC). A novel video coding system, which combines FVC-era coding tools with super-resolution is proposed, aiming to demonstrate the state of the art coding results in ultra-high definition video coding. Experimental results show the proposed system outperforms convention system in both SDR and HDR images.
