Chaos and parametric effects in nonlinearly coupled self-oscillatory systems with delay

摘要
Equations of a complex self-oscillatory system containing several nonlinearly coupled partial subsystems with delay are presented. The coupling elements are also systems with delay. A system consisting of two subsystems, each being described by the Mackey-Glass equation, is considered. The parametric effects observed in the system under periodic and chaotic variations of the gain parameter are numerically studied. It is shown that parametric control over the structure of oscillations is feasible in the presence of nonlinear coupling with delay.
