摘要
One key aspect to improve networked product customization efficiency is to establish optimized and integrated product family models. Based on analysis of the composition of product family, a function and structure skeleton model (FS-SKM) is presented to reduce modeling workload. To quickly model FSSKM on product resources in distributive enterprises, an intelligent modeling algorithm is presented. Due to dynamic varieties of customer requirements, a dynamic clustering algorithm is presented for persistent implementation of rapid product customization. Finally, Paving Machinery Product is used as a study case to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
