摘要
We report divergence, astigmatism and M(2) measurements for 8.77 mu m quantum cascade lasers. Measurements showed divergence of 62 degrees by 32 degrees FWHM +/- 2 degrees and M(2) values of 1.81 and 1.22 for the fast and slow axes respectively. Astigmatism at source was similar to 4 mu m, less than half a wave. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
