摘要:
A new technology of chemical surface deposition is developed and prepared CdTe thin films (35-100 nm) on the CdZnS substrates. Have been investigated the electrical and photoelectric properties of CdZnS /CdS /CdTe heterojunctions, and it is shown that the developed method provides a high efficiency of photoconversion in the range limited by the width of band gaps of SdTe and CdZnS, as well as the possibility of using the method of chemical surface deposition of CdTe to create thin-film CdZnS/CdTe solar cells.
