Synthesis, characterization, and crystal structure of a 3D coordination polymer [Cd2•(H3C9N12)•Cl•(H2O)2]

摘要
A new Cd(II) coordination polymer has been prepared by solvothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, and element analysis. Complex [Cd-2 center dot BTT center dot Cl center dot(H2O)(2)](n) (1) [H3BTT = 1,3,5-tris(2H-tetrazol-5-yl) benzene] is monoclinic, space group P2(1)7sol;c with a = 10.601(11) angstrom b = 15.5428(16) angstrom, c = 9.0083(9) angstrom, beta = 106.117(3)degrees, V = 1426.0(3) A(3). The final refinment gave R = 0.0192, and wR = 0.0473 for reflections with I > 2 sigma(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound 1 is a novel three-dimensional framework, featuring three types of connections of the tetrazole ring.
