摘要
The microstresses in polycrystalline material were determined by diffraction technique. Using the modified sin(2)psi method the plastic incompatibility stresses in a cold rolled steel were estimated. The grazing incidence angle geometry was used for measurement of non-uniform stresses in the near surface volume of Ti sample. The later method allowed to determine the microstresses induced due to anisotropy of thermal expansion coefficient.
