摘要：

In recent years, an increasingly competitive society and employment situation is worsening. Meanwhile talents with various capacities in the field of inter-professional are getting popular. In this paper, together with the teaching status and student status, we first introduced the status of inter-professional training. Then from the requirements of inter-professional training to both teachers and students to the effect of society, we presented a series of selective problems. At last a number of inter-professional training solution recommendations were made.
