摘要
In this study, the rationality of the construction arrangement is discussed to reduce creep deformation in mid-span for the long-span bridge by cantilever method. A modified creep model is seamlessly integrated with Doctorbridge, a structural analysis code specifically developed for bridge, by introducing a coefficient of the equivalent loading age for analyzing the creep deformation with effect of variable humidity and temperature. Meanwhile the measured data for the temperature and humidity of five cities in Pearl River delta has been recorded and collected from 2002 to 2006. Based on these data, a useful table for the coefficient of the equivalent loading age is obtained. Finally, a 350m concrete cable stayed bridge in Pearl River delta is selected as an example to study the rationality of the construction arrangement. It is demonstrated that the construction time when the concrete was cast and loaded has a great effect on the creep deformation in mid-span of the bridge.
