摘要
Aiming at the current situation of water resource scarcity and inefficient utilization in China, this paper comprehensively analyzed the utilization efficiency of water resources in the main representative urban areas of upper, middle and lower reaches of Ganjiang River Basin by DEA model in three stages. The results show that: without considering the influence of environmental factors, there are obvious regional differences in the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water resources in Ganjiang River Basin, and environmental variables directly affect the utilization efficiency of water resources. There is a positive correlation between regional economy and water resources per capita and input slack variables, while in industrial structure, the proportion of agricultural GDP has a negative correlation with input slack variables. On the premise of reducing environmental variables, the regional difference of water resources utilization narrowed, and the water efficiency of cities increased.
