摘要：

As a force which can not be neglected in the global economic development, SMEs have presently provided the society with a great number of employment opportunities, products and services and promoted the global economic development. Hence, the internal governance problems and financing models of SMEs have drawn more and more attentions of people. And governance structure and equity financing relationship of foreign SMEs is of very worthy of reference by China. By comparison, this paper has analyzed the respective characteristics of both governance structure and equity financing to enlighten the SMEs of China on the governance structures and equity financing.
