摘要
We have developed an adjacent electromagnetic field distribution measurement system using a unique sensor and three-input phase-difference measurement technique that can simultaneously measure electric and magnetic field (magnitude and phase) distributions zip to 3GHz. Electric and magnetic field distributions measured by, this new system have produced superior results and more useful information about DUT than by using conventional electromagnetic field distribution measurement techniques.
