The Path of Private Equity Funds to Participate in the Mixed Ownership Reform of State-owned Enterprises

That PE participates in the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises, not only can achieve the mix of shares, also can optimize the ownership structure and improve corporate governance. This is in agreement with the original intention of the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises. Through the literature review and case analysis, this paper aimed to explore the specific path of PE to participate in the SOE (state-owned enterprise) reform, and put forward relevant measures: lowering the entry threshold, improving assets pricing and evaluation mechanism, making the process measures more transparent, improving the exit channels and creating a fair competitive market environment. At present, the ideas and patterns of China's PE to participate in the reform of mixed ownership of SOE is still relatively vague. This paper pointed out the existing problems and put forward the relevant suggestions, which has certain reference value.
