Optical sorption-molecular-spectroscopy methods of analysis: Application of polyurethane foams and sulfophthalein dyes to the determination of cationic surfactants

摘要：

The sorption of ion pairs formed by cationic surfactants of alkyltrimethylammonium and alkylpyridinium families and sulfophthalein dyes on polyurethane foams is studied as a function of their type and the structure of the surfactants and dyes. A highly efficient procedure for the sorption-photometric determination of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is developed.
