摘要：

To esteem women sports culture as the research object, the author analyzes universal problems in folk sports, and studies the essential character from the point of the folk sports to explore the development and opinions of women sports culture. Women have an important position in society and women sports are a symbol of the social system. The formation of women sports is the formation of the sports culture, and the formation of sports phenomena is the expansion of culture in essence, the discussion of the formation of the women sports culture promotes the core value of the development of women sports. Folk sports are the regional culture with profound local characteristics and national color and its positive value lies in the cultural identity, and it is also in the process of culture consciousness.
