Biofriendly and competent domestic microwave assisted method for the synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles from the extract of Azadirachta indica leaves

摘要
ZnO nanoparticles are successfully prepared via eco-friendly synthesis using Azadirachta indica leaves extract with microwave assisted solvothermal method using a domestic microwave oven. The structure of green synthesized ZnO NPs and lattice parameters were confirmed using powder X-ray diffraction. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis exhibit the morphology and elemental analysis of the green synthesized ZnO NPs. The photoconductivity study reveals the positive photoconductive nature of ZnO nanoparticles. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
