摘要
Thorough analysis of a plant produce requires the application of various methods and equipment. This demand for carrying out analyses is important as regards the fast determination of utility value, nutrition biology, as well as food safety. Side by side with meeting the above demand, the globalisation of the world requires unified interpretation of the results obtained by applying unified methods, which in turn will result in quick determination of both retail prices and measures to be taken. This is why in the area of quality testing there has been a trend for unification for a longer period of time and the same can be seen in the European Union as well. In this economic and political association the mutual application of methods is also generally accepted side by side with the unification of methods. A good example is the combined use of farinographic and alveographic determination methods in testing the quality of wheat flour. Qualifying winter wheat quality by Alveograph was not general in Hungary till recently, as Farinographic method was the accepted method here, Just like in the other countries of the Central-Europe. Because of the more recent economic changes, there is a demand to determine the quality of winter wheat that is involved in international trade. This kind of method is accepted not only in the European Union, but also in the big wheat-exporting countries and in Middle or Far East. In our tests alveographic and farinographic test readings for small plot NPK variety tests in four repetitions were compared.
