摘要
The nature of the solvent and the concentration significantly affect both the efficiency of the ultrasonic liquid-phase exfoliation of molybdenum disulfide and the structure of the resultant semiconductor particles. The reaction of MoS2 and H[AuCl4] in aqueous ethanol solution leads to the formation of MoS2/Au composite materials, whose morphology is a function of the preparative conditions of the oxidation-reduction reaction.
