摘要
This paper applies a self-developed probability model to study the influence of surface roughness on the dynamic performance of the negative pressure proximity slider. Simulations show that the contact stiffness is approximately linearly proportional to the contact force, and the air bearing damping is proportional to the average disk roughness if the slider is vibrating at the natural frequency of first mode.
