摘要
This research paper presents a robotic arm based paint booth system for auto industry. Acrylic arm is used as robotic arm consisting of two different parts: the upper part that rotates at 180 degrees and the lower part that rotates at 360 degrees. Robotic arm minimizes waste and keeps the interior safe from paint drops as it follows targeted painting. Ultrasonic sensor is used for position allocation of the desired object which has to be painted, which improves spray paint efficiency and quality. The movement of the robot is controlled via Bluetooth using an Android App designed by the authors using MIT App Inventor. The prototype model of this robot presented in the paper was practically implemented and successfully run by the authors.
