摘要
Based on the current mental health condition of secondary vocational school students and the driving effect of personality cultivation on mental health education, this article proposed the personality-cultivation based mental health education mode for secondary vocational school students through several research methods i.e. documentary material method, investigation method and experimentation, that is: to establish hierarchical educational goals by converting concepts; to explore the teaching principles and teaching modes of psychological counseling lessons; to construct the evaluation system for mental health education activities, so as to fundamentally improve the mental health level of secondary vocational school students.
