摘要
The nonlinear current-voltage characteristics of niobium nitride (NbN) nanowires have been studied experimentally at the vicinity of the resistive transition. We show that the nonlinear behavior of the current-voltage characteristics is in agreement with the thermal mod-el considered the heat dissipation in NbN samples.
