摘要
Herein we describe an iterative oxime-based procedure to prepare multivalent bioconjugates. Our approach is illustrated by the assembly of structurally diverse tetravalent and a new generation of hexadecavalent glycoclusters. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
