摘要
On the basis of the analysis of various factors affecting the precision of the analogue phase sensitivity detection, principle of digital phase sensitivity detection is presented. Then this method is applied to amplitude modulation measurement circuit of inductance sensor, thus the circuit design is simplified and the reliability is enhanced. Tt is testified by the experiments that the reliability of the amplitude modulation measurement circuit of inductance sensor employing the digital phase sensitivity detection may reach nanometre level.
