摘要
Drug-loaded core-shell nanofibers with different concentrations of heparin have been successfully prepared using coaxial electrospinning process with P (LLA-CL) as the shell material. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), In Vitro dispersion and bioactivity tests were carried out to characterize the resulting fibers. The results obtained from SEM and TEM showed the morphological profiles of the different coaxial-electrospun nanofibers. The In Vitro dissolution tests illustrated that heparin was able to release from the core-shell fibers during the 14 days experimental time periods. Bioactivity of heparin demonstrated by adhesion of platelets tests reflected that the fiber had fine blood compatibility. The results implied that the as-prepared heparin-loaded nanofibers might have the promise to be used as implantable drug delivery systems.
