Quality services need quality websites: An evaluation of three official World Expo home pages using web diagnostic tools

摘要
Since 1993 the World Expo has embraced the advantage of Internet technologies by providing information and services on its website. In order to provide quality services and information online, the World Expo must pay attention to the quality of its website. This paper reports the results of an evaluative study of the English home pages of the official 2005, 2008, & 2010 World Expo websites. Results show that all the home pages had technical problems. Significant work needs to be undertaken in improving the quality of the official 2008 & 2010 World Expo websites in order to provide quality information and services to their users.
