摘要
The inhibition effect of antioxidant 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenol on oxidation of low-density melt of poly(ethylene) is studied at 120, 130, and 140 degrees C. The rate-controlling reactions of the inhibition mechanism and their kinetic parameters are determined at each of the covered temperatures. Variation of tri-tert-butylphenol efficiency with increasing temperature is analyzed.
