摘要
Of particular interest as reinforcements of composites is the use of warp knitting technology for the production of multi-axial warp knits. We have fabricated multi-axial warp knitted composites with commercial vinyl ester resin and investigated the basic mechanical properties such as tensile, bending and lap joint property. in this study, in order to apply the multi-axial warp knitted composites to wide-range of usage, hybrid multi-axial warp knitted composites were proposed. This hybrid was defined as a usage of more than 2 kinds of materials for matrix and interface in this study The hybrid composites were developed for vinyl ester resin system and Dicyclopentadiene resin system, Usually DCPD based composite exhibited lower mechanical properties compared with vinyl ester based composite because of the lower interfacial adhesion, Consequently, DCPD based multi-axial warp knitted composites with flexible interphase can achieve the improvement in mechanical properties and over the vinyl ester based composites.
