摘要
The effect of Mg isovalent impurity on photoluminescence in undoped and Al(donor)-doped ZnSe crystals is investigated. The anomalously weak temperature quenching of the blue band in Mg-containing samples is detected. (C) 2002 MAIK "Nauka / Interperiodica".
