摘要
Polarization-dependent four-wave-mixing femto-second spectroscopy has been performed on CdTe/Cd0.88Mn0.12Te quantum wells at low temperatures and in high magnetic fields. Two patterns of quantum beat have been observed one from an exciton-trion, and the other from an exciton-biexciton, depending on a choice of two-incident laser light polarization. The spectrally resolved four-wave-mixing signal showed characteristic spectra at the energy position of the charged exciton and the biexciton (singlet and triplet), respectively.
