摘要:
YAG Tb phosphors were prepared by the citric-gel method and their luminescence characteristics were investigated using vacuum ultraviolet synchrotron radiation. Results show that the excitation spectrum of YAG:Tb consists of the absorption bands at 120-180 nm and the bands at 180-300 nm, and that under 147 nm excitation. the maximum emission peak was observed at about 545 nm It is found that the photoluminescence intensity of YAG.Tb significantly depended an calcined temperature and Tb3+ concentration (C) 2009 Elsevier B V All rights reserved.
