摘要
Click chemistry plays a dual role in the design of new citrate-based biodegradable elastomers (CABEs) with greatly improved mechanical strength and easily clickable surfaces for biofunctionalization. This novel chemistry modification strategy is applicable to a number of different types of polymers for improved mechanical properties and biofunctionality. © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
