摘要
The solubility and decomposition kinetics of ozone in pure water at different temperatures were studied. The Henry constant of ozone, kinetic order, and decomposition rate constant were determined. It was shown that to determine the concentration of dissolved ozone, it is sufficient to use the Henry law [O-3]= C(O-3), where [O-3] and C(O-3) are the ozone concentrations in solution and gas phase (M), respectively; and the Henry constant is determined by the equality ln = -(9.445 +/- 1.00) + (2406 +/- 300)/T (in the range 20-40 degrees C). The dependence of the solubility on the kinetic characteristics of ozone decomposition and mass transfer, water purity, and reactor characteristics was discussed.
