摘要
In order to investigate the expression and its significance of ZNFD in prostate cancer tissues, we have produced the polyclonal antibodies against purified recombinant ZNFD protein. The titer and the specificity of antibodies were checked by the agar diffusion reaction and western blot analysis, respectively. The results show that these antibodies exhibit good reactivity and good specificity. At the cellular level, subcellular location analysis show ZNFD was located in the nucleus of Hela cells. In the next step, Immunohistochemistry analysis indicates that the expression level of ZNFD is increase in PC tissues, furthermore the expression level is inversely related to the differentiation degree of PC cells. The results suggest that ZNFD might affect the migration and invasion of PC cells, thereby laying a valuable foundation for further study of ZNFD in PC cell lines.
