Effect of continuous ultrashort electropulsing on soft magnetic properties of amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloys

摘要
Amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloys were treated by continuous ultrashort electropulsing, the comprehensive magnetic properties were measured after that. The experimental results showed that better soft magnetic properties could be obtained when the precipitate amount of alpha-Fe(Si) was about 3 % and the grain size of alpha-Fe(Si) was about 33 nm, for example, raising the maximum permeability mu(M), and obviously reducing the coercivity H-c. The mechanism of impravement of the soft magnetic properties of the amorphous alloy by continuous ultrashort electropulsing was discussed making use of the random anisotropy model.
