摘要
As a carrier of modern civilization, city plays an important role in society nowadays. City population, intensive infrastructure, frequent staff turnover make the city not easy to manage smoothly. In order to solve the problem in management of cities and urban, enhance the capacity of decision-making, this paper designs an emergency decision making system based on GIS to achieve management system visualization; make the mission more automatic by using work flow processing; system can dispatch resources remote conveniently; finally the contingency plans improve the quality of the evaluation plan by using fuzzy evaluation model is reasonable. The system runs on B/S (browser / server) and C/S (Client / Server) architecture. Contingency plans system make good use of work flow processes and the use of hierarchy process evaluation scientific. Thus we achieve a better solution to make city resource such as vehicles, video surveillance visualization, and manage the contingency plans more reasonable; the system is applied in actual environment with good effect with the support of Foundation item: the combination of Guangdong Province Department of Education Research (2012B091100071).
