摘要
The vibration signals of water pump and characteristic information can accurately reflect the running state of the pump. Accordingly, one kind of online system for real time monitoring of running state of water pump was designed. A high speed AD was chosen to acquire vibration data of acceleration sensors. The vibration data was sent to the Ethernet through FPGA. The host computer uses the fault diagnosis software to display the vibration data in real time, to carry out the analysis and to display alarm information in time.
