摘要：

The development software system using UML (United Modeling Language) have no a uniform of method. According to the characteristics of the accounting information system, this paper presents that using UML develops the AIS (Accounting Information System) of concrete step. This paper makes use of CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool PD (PowerDesigner), and combines the program language Visual Basic and database Microsoft Access to carry on the concrete analysis and designs.
