摘要
The multi-body dynamic model of a freight train rolling bearing with outer ring fault is established by Pro/E and ADAMS, then the correctness of this model is verified by comparing simulation results with experimental results. Finally, the rigid flexible coupling model of this bearing with outer ring fault is established by using ANSYS and ADAMS according to the above model. Through this rigid flexible coupling model, the dynamic behavior is analysed by studying the stress, contact forces, and node displacements, when the rollers enter the defect area. The results show the maximum stress appears in the defect area first and then the maximum stress location moves back and forth around the defect area, when the rollers pass through the defect area; The stress of outer ring is transferred from the defect area to the non defect area gradually along the rotation direction of the bearing. Therefore, the development direction of defect is first along the depth of defect and then extends along the outer raceway of the bearing, which provides theoretical support for exploring the mechanism of bearing faults.
