摘要：

Logistics is one of key business links in the conversion from receipt to profit in enterprise management. Value management in c-business logistics has more great significance. This paper studied the value management connotation and its management mode, and the corresponding management model was constructed, too. Value management ideology in e-business logistics was also been studied unite value engineering principle, and analyzed its index system organization, evaluation method management and implementation of value conversion efficiency weighing in e-business logistics.
