摘要
This work focused on the effect of high- quality nursing intervention on immune function and endothelial function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). 116 patients admitted to hospital due to AMI complicated with RA were included. 58 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and 58 cases in the observation group were given high-quality nursing intervention. The changes of neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, vasomotor function, monocyte, platelet aggregation rate (%), platelet substance P (%), and fibrinolytic function were observed after nursing between two groups. The levels of neutrophils in the observation group and control group were 5.9 +/- 0.6 and 7.6 +/- 0.4, respectively; the levels of lymphocytes were 2.4 +/- 0.2 and 1.5 +/- 0.1, respectively; the levels of monocytes were 0.9 +/- 0.2 and 0.4 +/- 0.1, respectively; and there were significant differences in each index between the two groups (P<0.05). The aggregation rates of monocytes and platelets in the observation group and the control group were 33.8 +/- 5.4 and 25.7 +/- 4.8, respectively, showing significant difference (P<0.05). In addition, there were significant differences in vasoconstriction function, platelet function activity, and fibrinolytic function between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). In conclusion, high-quality nursing intervention had a good effect on the immune function and endothelial function of patients with AMI combined with RA.
