摘要
Organizations are faced with the problem that with increasing size and complexity of its operations it is necessary for most of them to arrange their workforce in groups, units, or departments. The relations between such groups can be strained if the interfaces and processes that link two or more groups are not properly defined. With the implementation of ProMES not only the productivity can be measured and significantly increased but through the use of connecting indicators the processes that link groups can be made visible and help in improving the relations between groups.
