摘要
Real estate industry is a quite profitable industry accompanied with high investment and risk, in the course of real estate investment, the profit is always together with risk. In this high risk investment environment, investors want to achieve the anticipative profit goal, and then the risk analysis of investment projects must be taken. Extension engineering method is a kind of practical method to solve the realistic illogicality; Multilevel matter-element analysis was applied to evaluate the risk of real estate investment, together with an improved analytical hierarchy process determining the weights of the indexes, providing a new way of evaluating the risk of real estate investment. Using an example to explain that this kind of method has good application, the analyzing result is reasonable and accurate.
