摘要
The microstructure and mechanical properties of dual-phase weathering steel 09CuPtRe were analyzed. Tensile tests on an INSTRON machine with a speed of 0.5 mm/min were conducted and microstructure observations were carried out. It was observed that martensite islands randomly get distributed and the volume of martensite increased with the increase of quenching temperature. It was found that a successful dual-phase 09CuPTiRe steel with excellent formability qualities was obtained through intercritical quenching at 780°.
